WORCESTER , MA— A winning $100,000 Mass Cash lottery ticket was sold at a Worcester shop during Sunday evening’s drawing, lottery officials said.
The winning ticket matched all five numbers — 3, 24, 29, 30, and 34 — in the Sunday night Mass Cash drawing, earning the top prize of $100,000.
According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, the ticket was sold at Smoke and Munch, a shop located in Worcester.
Across the state, at least 205 lottery prizes worth $600 or more were won or claimed on Sunday. Those included six winning tickets in Worcester, 13 in Boston, and one in Springfield, lottery officials said.
The Massachusetts State Lottery publishes a daily list of winning tickets valued at more than $600.
So far this year, the largest lottery prize awarded in Massachusetts was a “Lifetime Millions” scratch ticket worth $1 million a year for life. That ticket was sold in Springfield and claimed in July, according to lottery officials.
